With these fun pasta bowls, you can serve soup, salad or pasta.Made from Ceradon ceramic, they can be put in the oven, if necessary. This bowl can hold up to 1-qt.About Emile Henry... In the Burgundy region of France is the legendary maker of fine French cookware named Emile Henry. There, potters still hand craft each piece from the local Burgundy Clay - one of the purest of clays, and finish each one with a process known as CERADON, which makes them extremely solid and durable. Containing no lead, the clay is one of the best materials for baking and serving.Well-made and good-looking, these Provencal pasta bowls from Emile Henry provide ideal shape and depth for forking up linguine, tortellini, or farfalle. Their coupe form is also suitable for large servings of cereal, soup, salad, or ice cream. Easily stacked and safe in the dishwasher, the bowls can go directly from the freezer to the oven and are also suitable for the broiler and microwave.
